Having been exposed to the elements for so many years, the stone first needed a strong cleaning. The results were amazing! The framing, screen, door, custom wood ceiling and fan were added and created a new outdoor living space!

Building a deck may seem easy, but there are so many things to consider – how many posts, square footage, how much concrete for each posts, shape, space, etc. For this particular deck, the shape seemed to suit the owner’s taste as well as the space.
Adding a screen porch adds another room to your home. It can be a great entertaining area as well as a relaxing retreat. Our client wanted a space that was both. With a wet bar, fireplace, cozy chairs and room for a picnic table, this space fit the bill. Next to the screened porch is an extended deck with a hot tub. And, it all overlooks the wooded backyard making it feel like a getaway!
