Sometimes you don’t have to start a project from scratch. At Vartanian Construction, we can review your space and your project and recommend a total overhaul based on the structure or revising the current structure and using it as a base.

With Ellen’s stone patio, we were able to use her existing stone patio to transform it into a screened porch.

Having been exposed to the elements for so many years, the stone first needed a strong cleaning. The results were amazing! The framing, screen, door, custom wood ceiling and fan were added and created a new outdoor living space!

Building a deck is a specialty for Vartanian Construction. Adding custom touches is another specialty of ours – adding lighting under the deck railing and a custom designed flooring with a herringbone pattern, helped create the deck Joe had envisioned.

Building a deck may seem easy, but there are so many things to consider – how many posts, square footage, how much concrete for each posts, shape, space, etc. For this particular deck, the shape seemed to suit the owner’s taste as well as the space.
